Privacy Notice

Helixx Intelligence, LLC operates Pretzli and is the data controller for personal data processed through the Service.

What we collect and why

• Account data (email, name, sign-in identifiers) — to create and secure your account. Basis: contract.
• Your documents, notes and review activity — to provide the Service and sync it across devices. Basis: contract.
• Usage and credit records — to meter plans, prevent abuse and improve the product. Basis: contract and legitimate interests.
• Technical data (IP address, device and browser info, logs) — for security and fraud prevention. Basis: legitimate interests.
• Support messages — to help you. Basis: contract.

Your documents are private to your account. Other users cannot see them, and we do not use them to train AI models.

Who we share it with

• Service providers that host the app, store data and run AI processing on our behalf, under contract.
• Paddle.com, our Merchant of Record, for selling the product, subscription management, payments, tax compliance and invoicing.
• Professional advisers (legal, accounting) where needed.
• Authorities where required by law.

Retention

We keep your data while your account is active. After you close your account it is deleted or anonymised within 30 days, except records we must keep for legal or tax reasons.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, export or restrict use of your data, to object to processing, and to withdraw consent. US residents of states such as California have the right to know, delete and correct their data and not to be discriminated against for exercising these rights. Security

Data is encrypted in transit and at rest, and access is restricted per account with database-level access controls.

Cookies

We use only essential storage needed to keep you signed in and remember your settings. We do not use advertising cookies.
