Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of Pretzli (the "Service"), operated by Helixx Intelligence, LLC ("we", "us"). By creating an account or continuing to use the Service you agree to these terms and are contracting with Helixx Intelligence, LLC.

The Service

Pretzli is a document reading and analysis workspace. It uses AI to produce briefings, findings, quizzes and chat answers about documents you upload, and tracks your own reading and review activity.

Your account

• You must be of legal age to form a contract, or have authority to bind the organisation you represent.
• Keep your sign-in credentials confidential; you are responsible for activity under your account.
• Provide accurate information and keep it up to date.

Acceptable use

You must not misuse the Service, including:

• using it for anything unlawful, fraudulent, or to send spam;
• uploading content you do not have the right to use, or infringing anyone's intellectual property;
• generating illegal content, hate speech, harassment, deepfakes or malware, or attempting to jailbreak or bypass AI safeguards;
• interfering with the Service's security — malware, probing, scraping, or circumventing usage limits;
• reverse engineering, reselling or redistributing the Service.

Your content and AI output

You keep ownership of documents and notes you upload. You grant us a limited licence to host and process them solely to provide the Service. You are responsible for your inputs, for having the rights to them, and for how you use AI output. AI output can be inaccurate or incomplete — verify it against the source, and do not rely on it as legal, financial, medical or other professional advice without qualified review. Rights holders can report infringing content to rdw@helixx.io; repeat infringement leads to account termination. We may remove or restrict content, refuse or filter outputs, or suspend accounts that violate these terms.

Intellectual property

We retain all rights in the Service, including its software, documentation and branding. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service within your plan.

Plans, credits and payment

Paid plans include a monthly allowance of credits that AI actions consume; top-up credits can be purchased separately. Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Payment, billing, tax, renewal, cancellation and refund mechanics are governed by Paddle's Buyer Terms. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled; you can cancel any time from the Plan & credits page.

Service level

The Service is provided "as is". We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation and, to the fullest extent permitted by law, disclaim implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months before the claim, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses such as lost profits or data. Nothing limits liability for fraud, death or personal injury where the law does not allow it.

Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate access for material breach, non-payment, security or fraud risk, or repeated or serious violations of these terms. You can export your work before closing your account; after termination your data is deleted within 30 days.
